2 cups dry bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp white pepper
4 pound lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl beat eggs. Add the five ingredients (highlighted in blue) Add beef; mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking pan in single layers.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink TURN MEATBALLS OFTEN. Drain and cool
Makes about 30 meatballs. Meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months
