Espinaca

 

Ingredients: 1 lb Jalapeņo cheese

1 cup milk

1 pkg chopped spinach

1 tomato chopped (no seeds or pulp)

    


Microwave cheese and 1/2 cup milk for 2 minutes

add the remaining milk, spinach, and tomato

microwave 1 minute

 

if made in advance, microwave 1 minute before serving.

best served in a fondue pot to keep warm
