| Ingredients: | 10 - 16 ounces of fresh baby spinach 1/2 cup cream 2 tbsp butter pinch of nutmeg pinch of garlic salt pinch of pepper |
boil spinach for 1 minute or until dark green
squeeze out excess moisture from spinach and chop
heat cream on medium heat for 5 minutes
turn heat to low
add spinach, butter and seasonings
simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally
this makes one serving
